People just want the quick & cheap, don’t they? YES & NO!

Some people do… They just want the best price and no trimmings.

Some people want the best price and all the trimmings…

And some people don’t want cheap. They want quality. They expect quality, service, connection and they are willing to pay for it.

Most people want to know that you care. About your job, about serving them, about meeting their needs.
They want to know that you aren’t just there to collect your paycheck until something better comes along.

You may be stuck in a job that isn’t you or is just to pay the bills. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t give 100% in effort and service and communication.

Your professional success IS determined by your ability to communicate, engage and connect with clients.
